Raspberry Spring Smoothie
Raspberry and Banana plant based smoothie
- 1 cup Frozen Raspberries Organic if possible
- 1 Frozen Banana Medium sized
- 2 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Nut butter of choice (Peanut, almond or cashew)
- 2 tsps Chia seeds
- 1¼ cup Plant milk of choice (Almond, hemp, soy etc)
Optional extras
- 2 tbsp Protein powder of choice PRANA vanilla protein is a good option
Place all ingredients in blenderMay need to pulse a little to get combinedBlend on high until smooth Serve in 2 glasses or one large oneOption to sprinkle with more berries, chia seeds, or other seeds you may have on handEnjoy
