Raspberry Spring Smoothie

Raspberry and Banana plant based smoothie

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries Organic if possible
  • 1 Frozen Banana Medium sized
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Nut butter of choice (Peanut, almond or cashew)
  • 2 tsps Chia seeds
  • cup Plant milk of choice (Almond, hemp, soy etc)

Optional extras

  • 2 tbsp Protein powder of choice PRANA vanilla protein is a good option

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in blender
    May need to pulse a little to get combined
    Blend on high until smooth
  • Serve in 2 glasses or one large one
    Option to sprinkle with more berries, chia seeds, or other seeds you may have on hand
