Omega'3 filled Cacao bliss balls

A nutrient filled low sugar snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Ground linseeds
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup Raw cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup Walnuts, ground in food processor
  • 1/3 cup Almonds, ground in food processor
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Peanut or almond butter
  • 2 tbsp Rice syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • Pinch of salt
  • Extra coconut for rolling (optional)
  • Extra cacao powder for rolling (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all the dry ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well to combine
  • Add the rice syrup and nut butters
  • Mix really well to combine and form a dough like consistency, the mix should stick together well without crumbling apart
  • Take approx 1 tbsp of mixture and form into a ball, rolling in the palm of your hand, continue until all the mix is used up. Should make around 14-16 balls
  • Place on a plate and refrigerate for around an hr to firm up
  • Optional/ Roll half the balls in desiccated coconut and the other half in cacao powder, dust off the excess and serve.
