Omega'3 filled Cacao bliss balls
A nutrient filled low sugar snack

- 1/4 cup Ground linseeds
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup Desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup Raw cacao powder
- 1/3 cup Walnuts, ground in food processor
- 1/3 cup Almonds, ground in food processor
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup Peanut or almond butter
- 2 tbsp Rice syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- Pinch of salt
- Extra coconut for rolling (optional)
- Extra cacao powder for rolling (optional)
Add all the dry ingredients to a medium bowl and mix well to combine
Add the rice syrup and nut butters
Mix really well to combine and form a dough like consistency, the mix should stick together well without crumbling apart
Take approx 1 tbsp of mixture and form into a ball, rolling in the palm of your hand, continue until all the mix is used up. Should make around 14-16 balls
Place on a plate and refrigerate for around an hr to firm up
Optional/ Roll half the balls in desiccated coconut and the other half in cacao powder, dust off the excess and serve.
