Turmeric Latte
A spicy, delicious and anti-inflammatory warm drink
- 2 cups Plant milk of choice unsweetened
- 1 tbsp Rice syrup or maple syrup
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder ground
- 1 pinch Cardamom powder ground
- 1 pinch Cinnamon powder ground
- 1 pinch Black pepper powder ground
In a small saucepan add plant milk, rice syrup, Turmeric, Cardamom, Cinnamon and Black pepper.
Slowly heat up on medium heat
Stir to combine well, using a whisk
Remove from heat before boiling
Pour into two mugs and sprinkle with extra cinnamon. Enjoy!
